1. What We Collect

We believe in collecting only what is necessary. TukiWatch stores your favorited channels, platforms, and preferences locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone unless you explicitly choose to use a self-hosted backend.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit: your stream history, viewing habits, device identifiers, location data, or any personally identifiable information. The app is designed to be invisible to us.

3. The Backend API

When you use our hosted API, requests are processed statelessly. Rate-limit data is cached briefly in memory (or Redis if configured) and never associated with an identity. No logs are retained beyond the cache TTL.

4. Self-Hosted Backends

If you run your own TukiWatch API instance, your data stays on your server. We have no access to it. The app connects via QR code or deep link — we are not involved in that connection.

5. Third-Party Platforms

TukiWatch accesses public streaming data from platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. Your interaction with those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. TukiWatch does not authenticate with them on your behalf.

6. Children's Privacy

TukiWatch is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of it, we will remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted here with a new effective date. Check back periodically.
